Bump source release to 2025.3.1

Due to a mistake, the original hpcviewer 2025.3 branch didn't increment the release number in pom.xml and MANIFEST.MF files; we need to increment the source release to 2025.3.1 to align it with the future binary release (2025.3.1).

Main changes:

  • pom.xml: from 2025.1.0-SNAPSHOT to 2025.3.1-SNAPSHOT
  • MANIFEST.MF: from 2025.1.0.qualifier to 2025.3.1.qualifier

The effect of this MR is that the binary release of hpcviewer in the "About" dialog is the same as the release in the package.

To demonstrate

  1. On Linux, untar the hpcviewer package
  2. Run hpcviewer --version
  3. The output should be HPCViewer 2025.3.1-SNAPSHOT
