Keyforge is a vaultless password manager. Traditional password managers store your credentials in an encrypted vault; if that vault is stolen, every password inside it is at risk. Keyforge takes a different approach: passwords are derived deterministically from a master secret combined with each site's identity, so nothing is ever stored. There is no vault, no cloud sync, and no database to exfiltrate. The app is local-only by design, built with Kotlin and Jetpack Compose, and released under Apache 2.0. If you lose your master secret, you lose your passwords — that's the tradeoff, and it's the point.
