Fresnel (as the lens), is a tool to help PHARE (anti-harassment systems in French schools) human school staff better communicate, track and link together events happening during students in order to better detect harassment cases. The project is at proof-of-concept stage. Documentation and UI is written in French (because, well, targeted first for french speakers). Feel free to tell me if you want a translated version.
