Accept a CLA signature with a trailing checkmark (#904) SIGN_STRIP owns the characters allowed around a signature line but omitted the checkmark, so a comment ending in U+2705 failed an otherwise exact match and silently left the contributor unsigned. Add it to the constant, keeping the deliberate leading-quote exclusion intact.
