Massive system slowdown with RPI3A+

Extreme system slowdown, massive latency through SSH or WebUI (several seconds and more)

Repro steps:

• Install full target image using Balena

• Connect to TiltAudio, upload sound package

• Reboot, wait until preload starts

• System slowdown should appear, there has been instances where the issue might take a few more reboots

• Transferring microSD over to a RPI3B+ issue disappears

Additionnal debug steps taken:

• Installing 1.27 and upgrading to 1.31 on RPI3A+, no issue
• Install 1.32 on RPI3A+, issue appears
• Install 1.37 on RPI3B+, no issue
• Cannot upgrade 1.31 to 1.32 (probably linked to DietPi build), getting ""Exec format error"
