Digital image processing for Medical Physics

Project information

Assignment for the class of "Medical Physics" consisting on a set of Python scripts for image manipulation and processing. The code implements several basic techniques such as histogram equalization, noise reduction and applying several filters (Gaussian, Laplacian, low-pass and high-pass, among others).
