pdb-track in a shell buffer is broken
With the following code in `/tmp/foo.py`:
```python
def foo():
breakpoint()
def bar():
foo()
def baz():
bar()
baz()
```
run `python3.7 -m /tmp/foo.py`. When Python hits the breakpoint, pdb-track no longer tracks the code.
