Wrong Data for Madison Kelly

To whom it may concern,

My name is Madison Elizabeth Kelly (04/24/2003) of Pennsylvania, and I am a powerlifter (since 2021) as a 67.5, 69, and 75kg lifter. On the Open Powerlifting page, there is a mistake that says I competed on 05/18/2024, which is incorrect. The data for the lifts and weight class (198+) is also incorrect, so I assume this is a different lifter's data who was accidentally put into my data.

Is there a way to get this resolved and taken off my record?
