Working Style 💼

Async and Sync Collaboration: I've grown to love asynchronous meetups, however; I'm still a sucker with connecting people over a quick sync call whenever.

Iteration and Small Scope: I advocate for an iterative approach with many small merge requests.

Async Updates and Personal OKRs: I use asynchronous updates and treat my development and growth as my personal OKRs.

Work Hours 🕒

Routine Work Hours: I usually work 09:00-17:00 PST hours. However, I sometimes modify them during the summer to get as much sunlight as possible.

Flexible Hours: Occasionally, I adapt to non-linear working hours as project demands dictate.

Code Review Time: I work on trying to review any MR I'm assigned within a 24 period.
