Hajka Box Version

Project information

Hajka is an AI-powered Kanban board and time tracker, packaged as a self-contained Docker stack. One docker compose up and it runs: no separate database setup, no Grafana, no complicated configuration.

The name: "hajka" is an old Hungarian word associated with drive and pushing forward. That is what the app is for: keeping your work moving.

Describe a task in plain language and the AI (Anthropic Claude or OpenAI). creates a card for you, with a title, details and a checklist. Move cards through Collector → To Do → Archive with WIP limits. Track your work with an active timer and automatic turnaround-time tracking, and see what you completed and where your time went on the built-in analytics dashboard.

Features: • AI card generation with a checklist • Kanban board with WIP limits, labels, filtering, deadlines and search • Checklists with a progress bar, plus comments • Active and passive time tracking • Built-in analytics dashboard: daily/weekly summaries, company and task-type breakdowns, recurring-task completion rates • One-click backup export and import from the admin panel • Warm and dark themes • 6 languages: English, Hungarian, German, Spanish, French, Chinese • Responsive layout for mobile • Admin panel: users, roles, master data, settings, health check

Stack: PostgreSQL 16, Flask (gunicorn), nginx with a static frontend, Docker Compose.

Roadmap: • n8n integration to create tasks by email or Telegram message, with Telegram notifications about your tasks and their progress • A timelog on the dashboard showing what happened and when
