I work using the GitLab To-Do list. If you need to reach me the easiest way is mention me directly to generate a To-Do.

working sessions over meetings

Why discuss what we want to do when we can just get started doing it? Any time that people are gathered for a sync call, I'd rather we take the actions right away. If there's not time to do what we want, then concise action items with a DRI could also be a reasonable result of the sync time.
