Fix capitalization on buttons for the pipelines page

On the CI/CD Pipelines page the two buttons use capitalization that is inconsistent with the capitalization in the rest of the product.

The buttons should read "Run pipeline" and "CI lint".

On the Jobs page, the button is correctly labeled "CI lint".
