Universal Card Box Viewer (card.trth.nl) is a zero-dependency, single-file web app (public/index.html) that turns a JSONL text file into a swipeable, themed card deck.

What it does: Accepts a .cards file (or pasted JSONL text) where line 1 is deck metadata and each subsequent line is a card Renders cards using 13 built-in visual patterns (bar, table, radar, kpi, tier, quote, etc.), each with multiple layout variants Navigation via arrow keys, swipe gestures, or on-screen buttons; sets scroll horizontally, cards within a set scroll vertically Auto-generates a TOC set, supports checklist cards with persistent state, and can save the live deck back as a .cards file Full PWA: cache-first service worker, works offline, installable on mobile

Tech stack: Pure HTML/CSS/JS in one file, no build step, no framework. Deployed via GitLab Pages (push = deploy). GPG-signed commits, versioned with tags.
