FTBFS: missing stdlib.h includes

Have a look at this archlinux forum thread.

compiz-plugins-extra and compiz-plugins-experimental are both failing to build with newer compilers that need to have the stdlib.h include given explicitly.

The thread above includes a patch, provided by the user loqs, that allows the code to build.
