## Issue description At the moment CI jobs run in the [cip-release-reports](https://gitlab.com/cip-playground/squad-hacking/cip-release-reports/) project use shared gitlab.com runners. Whilst this is working fine, at some point we may go over our quota. We should switch to using our own runners instead. ## Useful links ## Acceptance criteria - [ ] CI jobs are run on CIP gitlab runners, ideally using the `small` tag
