The `select_util` function in `setup-disk` uses `vfat_msg` for its main dialog text (above the menu), but that text is for a different situation (English text: "EFI system partition detected. Vfat required to create bootable EFI partition."). The text should be something like "Please select your desired disk utility:", but nothing like that seems to exist anywhere, so this is likely a very old issue (and easy to overlook since most people, including myself until today, only pay attention to the menu text).
