Create lobby feature

Write a function to create a lobby with custom options. The functions createPracticeLobby or createTournamentLobby from node-dota might be used.

The options that should be customizable are:

• Ticket
• Lobby name
• Server region
• Game Mode
• Series Type
• Password
• Starting team
• Allowing spectators and setting delay
• Current score
